Close to my Heart Catalog Party!

Hello to all my wonderful friends! I will be celebrating my birthday in August. I am in love with all the CTMH heart products and thought I would have a couple parties to get some goodies! My party has reached the maximum limit, but I am still opening it up for people to order from the catalog. For my Tampa friends you can contact Penny Duke, and for my Brandon friends you can contact Adriane Winchester. I have about 4 CTMH consultants so I have spread the love! LOL

There is an amazing promotion for August! If you order $100 in product you will get the Stamp of the month free and any Level 2 paper pack for free. Take advantage of this great deal!

E-mail me with any questions or orders! If you don't have a catalog let me know, I have a couple that I can get to you.

Happy Scrappin!

I did it!!!!
Thank you all for your support and your donations! I could not have done it without you! I can't wait for next year, and I hope some of you will join my team to walk! Posted by Picasa
These were the last few steps we took, people had blisters and road rash and were in so much pain, but I bet they would have done 60 more miles for this cause!

The Pink Teachers Finish!

My family came to support me at the closing ceremonies!

I thought this picture summed up the entire weekend! As the 200 survivors that walked in the 3 Day came into the closing ceremonies, everyone took off their shoes and raised them to the sky to show how much we care for them. The event raised $4.6 million dollars, and donations were still coming in. There were 1700 walkers. Posted by Picasa
We made so many friends along the way. We cried we laughed and we listened to everyone's story. What an amazing event this was and I can't wait for next year!

We had so many supporters along the way. Including my sweet family! They came bearing signs, hugs, and kisses!

This was one of the cheering stations. It was hard to make it through here without shedding a few tears!

FWEEE STIKEWRS!!!!

This little boy was so adorable. He was passing out his free stickers. Posted by Picasa

After finishing Day 2 we took advantage of the foot massages.

Here we are with the Pink Ladies. These sweep van drivers were full of energy!
This crew lady had a great sense of humor! Posted by Picasa
The crew did a phenominal job of keeping us entertained and laughing.

They had safety teams riding their motorcycles from intersection to intersection all along the trail to keep us safe on the cross walks.

The Sweep Vans played music and cheered us on every step of the way. The would also make an occasional stop for those that couldn't make it. Posted by Picasa
Charron and I completed Day 1!

They had a billboard made for us along the way.

Charron and I couldn't resist the beautiful scenery around us. This was a perfect photo op!

We even met some celebrities. Reginald Roundtree and Heather Van Ness did the walk with us. They were really nice and such troopers! Posted by Picasa
This was the camp, we stayed at Walter Fuller Park.
Everyone was all bundled and crashed out in their tents

The showers were nice and hot, and not as bad as I was expecting. I was just so happy to get a hot shower at the end of the day I don't think it mattered much to me.

Drink, Eat, Pee
These were the lovely potties we had to use along the way. They did a good job of keeping them clean and full of toilet paper. They also had little handi wipes for us to wash our hands.

There were pit stops every couple miles and they kept our bellies and our water bottles full.

We started our walk on a brief cut through on the beach. It was very cool and the scenery was beautiful! Posted by Picasa

This was the opening ceremonies on the first day of the 3 Day. We all stretched together and listened to a very encouraing speech. We started our walk at Sand Key Park on Clearwater Beach Fl. Posted by Picasa

Kimberly is taking a peek at what everyone is working on. Posted by Picasa
Brenda and Cheryl were working hard to beat the clock! Posted by Picasa
Wendy, Jenni and Leslie are working hard on their challenge! Posted by Picasa
Things were going so fast and I accidently misplaced the kits for the challenge. Someone suggested that we give them 5 minutes to go pick something off of the giveaway table, and then when they got back they only had 30 minutes to make something with it. Now that's what I call a challenge! The girls came up with some amazing projects! Posted by Picasa
We had a cropper's challenge where 10 croppers had
30 minutes to put together whatever they could and
the most creative one a prize donated by Purple Cows Inc.  Posted by Picasa
Laura and her mother, Ellen, were having a great time at the crop! Posted by Picasa
Dee from All that Scrap and Carey from Creative Memories
and Pampered Chef were a big help at the crop. They had
lots of stuff for sale and were there to help with anything
I needed. I was so happy to have them there! Posted by Picasa
I gave a heartfelt explanation of why I was walking
and showed a 3-Day video, there wasn't a dry eye
in the house! Including mine! Posted by Picasa
Lisa from TLC taught an Altered Clipboard class.
The ladies in her class really enjoyed themselves. Posted by Picasa
